- I bought the belly buddy after seeing the infomercial on TV. all i can say is that i used it for about a week and didn't like it. i think it's just another piece of infomercial junk and would recommend that you don't buy it!

- I used the belly buddy for about 2 months and didn't really like it. The movement of squeezing the thing between your chest and legs just seemed weird and not too effective. It definitely helped to strengthen my ab muscles but it's not anything that's going to burn fat all by itself. In the end I realized that cardio workouts and crunches are the key!
