    Very useful lens and, I heard it before, Exercise, Exercise, Exercie is the key and also applying what the author of "The Maker's Diet" advise. I just need to remind myself to do it! :)

    Thank you for this useful lens. Could I also suggest simple exercise such as walking?. Losing belly fat this way is natural, healthy and will help keep the weight off as the walking becomes a lifestyle choice.

    A lot of people with abdominal fat are actually suffering from diabetes or the precursor, and have too much insulin in their bodies. Over time, this creates insulin resistance and a cycle of blood sugar spikes and dips creates intense hunger and a high satiation point. There's more to belly fat than meets the eye (unintentional pun).

    I've got good genes too. Not much fat anywhere to be honest. BUT - after my 4th baby was delivered via emergency c-section, my poor tum is taking forever to bounce back. I need some good skin-toning exercises I think.
