Berries; A Power House of Nutrition

Berries are full of nature's disease-figthing nutrients and anti-oxidants and a wonderful treat anyday, anytime.

- I love berries, and I have had the pleasure of growing my own patch of strawberries and several vigorous blackberry vines (too vigorous, actually) -- this lens brought back many sweet and berry-licious memories. I also will use this as a reference when I refer folks (which I do fairly often) to the benefits of berries for certain ailments. Thanks so much -- I'm favoriting this, and giving it five stars.

I love strawberries most of all, though not even the best organic ones have ever met those I grew myself for two years. Blackberries and blueberries are close behind in my book.

I love raspberries in particular, maybe because we had bushes of them in the back of the yard as a kid and could go pick and eat them anytime we wanted.
