Your recommendations for health skin are all so right on. Imagine a sick, diseased, unhealthy body - with glowing, radiant skin! Sounds ridiculous - because it is. All too often there is focus on the 'outer' skin with total unconcern for the 'inner'. Assuming good health, I've realized that the best thing we can do for our skin is to get lots of pure water. When our skin cells are hydrated they're plump with water and less likely to show wrinkles. In fact, this is the only time when we want the word plump associated with us. :-) Using healthy skin care methods like these are the only certain way to have gorgeous skin throughout our entire lives.
