Tons of people want to lose weight but go about it in all the wrong ways. You may not know that there are some exercises you can do that can burn up to 1000 calories per hour, whereas walking may only burn 150 calories per hour.

When you are trying to lose weight it is important to burn the most amount of calories you can in the limited time per day you have to exercise. If you can increase your calorie burn from 300 to 600 calories per hour, you are suddenly losing weight twice as fast!

A general rule is the more intense an activity is the more calories you will burn, this is why walking is not very ideal as it is so easy to do, and why something as simple as jumping rope can burn so many calories, it's hard!
