There are two basic rules when it comes oily skin:
1. Cleansing - without drying the skin.
2. moisturizing - to bring back the moist that was lost in the cleansing process.

They are both equally important. Not washing or moisturizing your face for even one night can lead to breakouts and blackheads.

Rule Number One - Cleansing

Keep you face clean

Cleanse your face twice a day with a mild cleanser. Don't ever go to sleep without cleansing your face, it will only make your pores clog and create "black heads" or pimples. Keeping your face clean is the best thing you can do for your skin. But i want to make myself clear (just a word game:) - wash twice a day but not more then that.
