It's been said that once you've viewed "The Secret" at least 7 times, the principles being taught are imbedded in your subconcsious mind, and you begin to utilize the law of attraction more easily.

What is subliminal messaging?
You can see it, but you don't see it.
A subliminal message is a signal or message embedded in another object, designed to pass below the normal limits of perception. These messages are indiscernible to the conscious mind, but are alleged to be perceptible to the subconscious or deeper mind: for example, an image transmitted so briefly that it is only perceived subconsciously, but not otherwise noticed. Subliminal techniques have occasionally been used in advertising and propaganda; the purpose, effectiveness and frequency of such techniques is debated.

- cool lens. I have been doing intentions since the eighties(as a teenager), way before the Secret. Wayne Dyer and Deepak Chopra are just two of the people whose stuff the Secret was based on.
Deepak Chopra's book The Seven Spritual Laws of Success and Wayne Dyer's the Power of Intention.

- Thanks for visiting. I have used NP2 for meditations and custom affirmations for a while now. It's effectiveness for me is why I'm such a big fan, and promote it so heavily.
