MEIRA

Meira had a light white dress
It was floating into the wind
She was just hesitating
Thinking: "Wait and see!"
Her long hair sitting on her shoulders
Her eyes were way too deep
But nothing seemed ever to happen
Shake her from that dream
Dreams had turned into filth
She's lost the will to live
Love is gone far away now
Hard to breathe and catch
Yet so close in a moment
Like an old lost match
Her tears turn into sand
She feels she's on the mend
Then next moment like a razor
Takes her back to black
She built a castle but it crumbled
Down into a ditch
Her heart slipped down through the drain
Catch it if you can!

I feel so idle yet busy all the time
Lungs are screaming they want air
No more dust or sex appeal

help me out of this spiral now
it's a spiderweb I'm entangled head to toes
I'll dress up for you and be your doll
Take me to the party by the pool

The name is broke but who's real skint is you
A stint at the casino a new hairdo would suit you
Don't think its for the money that I ever needed you
You call yourself a hustla but the swindler's me not you

I'll dress up for you and be your doll
Play with me but don't play fool

we dont want to know all details
what does this move entail

open your mouth babe
I want to look inside of you
to see
If youre pretty on the inside

Black cat moaning in the night
I feel you so close
As if you were here
Or maybe you are
Your elegant feline walk by my bed
The squeaky sounds you emit in my head
Let the chase begin

"Meira" is a sad dark poem set in the woods!
"Be Your Doll" is a more sincere poem that reflects what I see when I look into myself.
"Clean" speaks and needs no further comment.
"Beauty" is when I am in a good mood.
"Lace Dress Floats" was inspired by a red-haired naughty girl.
"Black Cat" was wrtten after I found a black cat in my bedroom.
