Bikrams Yoga Classes

It consists out of 26 postures and breathing exercises. If you go to one of the official bikram yoga classes it will take 90 minutes in total.

You start of with breathing exercises, followed by standing poses and you end the session with sitting poses. The first 60 minutes are breathing and standing exercises followed by 30 minutes of sitting exercises.

The room setting is HOT hence its often called hot yoga. The temperature varies from like 95 to 105 degrees with a humidity up to 50% so get prepared to sweat.

If you attend a studio all levels are simply put together which is great for picking it up faster. You can just improve your postures at your own pace.

Bikrams Yoga is great for either beginning yoga practitioners or for the more advanced.
