Your lenses about BiPolar have helped me more than you can know. As the daughter of someone who is obviously Bi-Polar and who was never properly treated and Mother to a daughter who is Bo-Polar, mentla illness features heavily in my day to day life.

    Thank you Crystal :)

I've found that if I go to bed at the first sign of being tired, I can fall asleep within an hour. But for some reason, if I'm not asleep by 10 o'clock I get an energy boost (even if I was dead on my feet 30 minutes before) and can't get to sleep until early morning.

I also sleep a lot on weekends and love to nap. I've decided this is normal for me. I love to stay up late and then sleep most of the day. But by Monday I have to change my life around again.

I'm always impressed by your openness about your disorder and how you manage it. I think that sharing your experiences will help a lot of people. Great job.

Awesome lens, thanks so much for sharing. I am the same way about sleep. It's 1:00am and I am getting my second wind. Extra tough when it comes to getting up with kids. God bless and lots of love, Darcie
