Hi

My name is Gary. I am a Stroke Survivor since August 2002. I live in Atlantic Canada on the beautiful Prince Edward Island. (my Hidden Island Paradise)

As a stroke survivor one of the main tools to recovery is exercise. Both physical and mental exercise is necessary in order to regain and maintain the greatest amount of what we were before the event.

I exercise every day and so to help myself as well as others who may be recovering from and or dealing with injury, a lifestyle challenge or aging. I publish articles on the topic "Physical Therapy Exercises"

These contain interesting information, exercise routines, videos and podcasts.

The articles are always free for the benefit of anyone who can make use of the information and tips that are shared. I do also make recommendations from time to time on relevant products ( programs and e books) that I feel would be beneficial. These products may be free, or may be available at a reasonable cost to anyone wishing to purchase. (You are not obligated to buy anything)
