A Love Affair With Bob Marley Posters
Why don't you have Bob on your wall?
Have you ever heard a Bob Marley song you haven't liked? Not me. No sir. How about posters? Have you ever seen a Bob Marley poster that didn't want to make you shake your dreads to a one drop rhythm? Not me. No sir, no how. How could anyone. The man inspired a planet. What with his passion bleeding out in every rhythm he sang. What I wouldn't give to see a Bob Marley concert today. It would be the ultimate. Swaying in the crowd, with a rhythm induced haze of the crowd drifting through the air. One Love, Buffalo Soldier, No Woman No Cry, Redemption Song. The song list could go on all day and night for all I care. Hit me with the music mon. I feel no pain.
What more could be said about Bob, that hasn't been said before. A young boy growing up in a less then ideal world. Mainly raised by one parent, in a pretty tough shanty town of Trenchtown. Named quite literally because of a trench that ran through it. Not a lot of money in the family for the finer things. Maybe not the world we would choose for our children, but just look at the final results.
He somehow channeled his feelings of the world around him blended with a passion for music that managed to reach a world with messages of love, justice, forgiveness, war, race hatred, politics, and simple humanity. How many of us growing up with all the advantages can claim to achieve so much.
The biggest tragedy, is his abrupt early departure from his mortal coil. Imagine what more he could have done given a few more years. He would have been over sixty, if he was till alive today. Heaven knows, we could use his guidance these days. Mankind never seems to run short of war, oppression and injustice. Who knows what kind of difference Bob could have made today.
So, what are your favorite Bob posters, prints or photographs? Do you see them above? Leave me a comment below, and tell me about yours. If your having a hard time finding one, let me know that as well. I'll take a look and see if I can find it for you. You can see my favorite Bob Marley posters if your interested. I wrote up some reviews of them as well. Kind of a mini review of my favorite prints.
I also like to hear about your favorite Bob Marley experiences, especially if you were lucky enough to see him live in concert. Unfortunately I wasn't. Anything you like to talk about that's Bob Marley related would be good. Like:

More Bob Marley Posters
Prints, posters, prints, and other cool stuff from the undispuited king of reggae.
How many rooms in your crib have been decorated with the message of Bob Marley? One, two, only three? It's time to spread the word. Reggae and the message of love, peace and justice need to be spread. Not to mention, it's just cooler than cool. One Love . . .
What's Your Favorite Bob Marley Poster
There are so many to choose from, I know it's hard to pick.
Personally, though, I really like the concert posters. They just have an energy that is invigorating. You can almost feel like your really there. Unfortunately, I was too young to see Bob when he was alive, but seeing the posters and photographs really helps me feel what it may have been like.

- Nice lens man. I've been a big fan of Bob Marley for years. Not just his music, but his whole lifestyle and beliefs. His promotion of love and equality for everyone thru his music was an inspiration to all. He is sorely missed today. We could use an artist like Bob these days. Check out my blog Bob Marley Posters for more writings and artwork about the legend of Bob Marley.
