Do you know about the software created by the trainer Ryan Lee called Body Bot? It is well known for delivering extremely intensive workout programs, and is very efficient especially for busy people. After hearing many positive recommendations about this program, I decided to give it a try myself to see if it would really help me with my fat loss.

1. What Is In The Body Bot Software? 

First of all, you can only access it on the internet on a web browser, and you will not able to download it onto your computer. It contains the best workouts recommended by Ryan that are the most effective for each muscle you want to train. You can then pick each exercise and fit them into your own workout program based on your needs.

2. How Long Do The Workouts Last? 

The thing I really like about it is that Ryan shows all the exercises in step-by-step videos, including the number of sets and reps, so there is not much reading that I had to do. Each workout session lasts for typically 4 minutes, but they are the most intensive workouts I have ever completed in my whole life.

3. What Are The Benefits of Using the Body Bot? 

The main reason I think why this software works so well is because I am practically "forced" to finish the exercise quickly. By following the timeline and exercises strictly, you will only have 10 to 20 seconds between exercises to take breaks, after which the exercises resume and I just have to get on with it.

Another benefit is that the exercises require no equipment to do. With only your PC screen, you can complete most of the exercises easily.
