Hey, Just to update everybody, here is my update on the Body Bugg Armband
I've lost 6 lbs this last week for a total of 19.5 lbs so far. I have not gotten the Body Bugg Display Device as of yet (funds). I never realized how many calories I actually burn when I work out ! I never realized how few calories when I don't. (I'm fairly lethargic (.75 cent word for lazy >)). I have no issue wearing it all day.
One more thing, I did add Super Colon Cleanse (Walgreens 12 bucks) and am eating more fruit (2 apples a day).
