Inversion therapy counteracts the forces of gravity on the body (particularly the back) by decompressing and elongating the spine. Not only can this relieve pressure on your spinal cord's ligaments and nerve roots, but it can also relax the back muscles that support the vertebrae. And when your back relaxes, the rest of your body invariably follows. The Body Champ IT8070 Inversion Therapy Table can make a great addition to your daily routine, and help to improve your circulation and posture while relieving muscle aches, back pain, and stress.

The IT8070 is easy to adjust, with a deluxe dual-pin system that lets you quickly find the right position (within a height range of 4' 7" to 6' 8"). It's also a breeze to use: once you rest your body against the pad and lock your feet behind the ankle supports, you simply reach your arms over your head. As your arms go up, your body will gradually invert until you're almost completely upside down. The only inputs are your energy and gravity itself. Construction features include a lower spring-loaded pull pin that allows for easy ankle adjustments; four safe and comfortable foam rollers; U-shaped handrails; a safety strap that lets you control the desired inverting angles; and a safety lock for when you aren't using the table.

The IT8070, which folds for easy storage, will support up to 250 pounds.

I am very pleased with this inversion table. Great price, fast shipping and it accomplished what I had hoped it would, which is relieve the pain from a bulging disc at L4-5. I've had the chiropractor visits and the physical therapy, but the table is what brings me the most relief. I just love it! My husband and I put the table together the day it arrived and it was fairly easy. I am so glad I opted for a table that has comfortable ankle foam rollers. I am 5'1" and have no problems at all adjusting the table so it works for me. I would definitely recommend this table to anyone looking for a inexpensive but effective inversion table.

I ruptured 2 disks in my lower back and this table has helped me so much. I get on it atleast 3 times a day anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes. At first it is a little uncomfortable on the ankles but you will get use to it. Also a little painful getting off of the table but it makes since because as you are inverted your spine is being decompressed taking pressure off the injured disk and as you are stepping off your spine starts to fully compress back causing the injured disk to settle back where it was originally. However, as you are being inverted it feels great and almost painfree. I would, however, recommend that you do not invert to the full 180 degrees at first, this takes time to get use to. It is also a great way to relax and stretch your entire body. I would recommend this table to anyone with or without back pain.
