    The Body Solid looks pretty good, personally i do all my work with barbells and dumbells as i focus alot on wrist exercises, but I have been considering investing in one with a friend as I've been hearing good things.

    My dad bought this about 3 years ago and we had moved and put this into storage i just got it back out have it all put together except the cables because we cannot find the instructions anywhere can someone help me?     Looks good. I just have an exercise bike and I use that to hang clothes on.

    Do you sell this? We had a home gym very much like this, but it also had the bench. We were faithful at using it for awhile and them it collected dust. Sorry to say we no longer have it. But I need to get back in shape.
