    Generally we avoid to have fibers in our daily food by pull out the fiber coated vegetables from our use. That may cause many disease as well. Fibers are so much useful for our body which is known by very few people. Not only body builders need it but also all people should have to include it in their routine use. Body builders can also take protein powder supplements for their needs.
