BodyBuilding, How to achieve anything you want with your body.

For the last couple of years i have been bodybuilding at my local gym and i have built a defined and large body. Later on in this information i will give you my experiences and tips in order to achieve anything you want with your body whether if it is you want to build muscle or simply shape up and lose weight.

My Story:
I've never had to lose weight before because i have always been into sports like football and basketball. I live in England and i have lots of facilities for me to play football and basketball so this made the sports a lot more accessible and easier in life. But when i was 15 i started going to the gym with my friends and i got addicted to it! If i could lift a heavier weight it is like getting my fix. Now a couple of years down the line i have a beautiful body that I'am happy with and i want to tell you how i obtained it. It is not my intentions to sell anything to you to do with bodybuilding but i would be lieing if i told you that i did not use any supplements.

How to obtain the body you want through bodybuilding

There is a variety of machines and free weights at the gym that you can use and you must use them to your advantage. The best way to pack on muscle is not by doing an average workout and doing 2 sets of 10 on every machine and feel like you have completed a workout, that is the slow way. Lets face it if you're reading this then your going to want to build some serious muscle, I'm talking about Biceps, Triceps, Deltoids, Lats, Pecs, Glutes and Abs.

Workout strategy:
The strategy behind bodybuilding is the focal point of your success is you do not have the right strategy that you want then you will not have the results you want.

So to build muscle the proper way you MUST be commited to the gym and attempt to go atleast 4 times a week. Say if you wanted to make your biceps bigger you must focus on that muscle your whole workout session, Try not to put a fixed time on when your workout is going to end, some people go for an hour or even 2 hours but time does'nt build muscle its what you do that builds muscle. So for biceps i recommend a solid work out on them with free weights. The two main exercises you can do for your biceps is hammer curls and bicep curls both work your biceps brilliantly but the difference between the two is that it builds different muscles in your forearms. You can ask a trainer or look online to find out how to do these exercises correctly. So to build the muscle you will have to an intense workout on that muscle so try and do lots of hammer curls and bicep curls until YOU CAN'T LIFT ANYMORE on that weight. Once you are struggling to to a rep on that weight put the weight down and keep on going. You will know when you are finished because you will have a fatigued and week feeling in your muscle and it will be tired. To obtain this feeling im talking over well over 20 sets on a high weight.

That was just an example of what you have to do on that muscle once you get that feeling go home and don't do anything else. The next day work a different muscle until you get that feeling again. This will allow your other muscles to grow and you will have done an intense workout on them hence better results.

Supplements:
Before you just start doing these make sure you read lots of information about these products to ensure that they are safe for you.

Creatine: This is a great muscle stimulator and you will achieve better workouts in the gym with it. It usually come in the form of pills although you can get it in a powder. What creatine does is suplly more water to your muscles which gives them more energy and therefore you will be able to lift more and workout for longer.

Protein (Protein shakes): Protein shakes are vital if you are a serious bodybuilder because they build and repair your muscle after a workout.
