Bootcamp Fitness Training in FIve Dock

I have had a lot of interest lately in my Five Dock Bootcamp.

With the winter months arriving we use a bit more equipment in the sessions and also employ a bit more of a healthy dose of kettlebell training.

Kettlebells are a great piece of equipment and the OZ bootcamps running in Five Dock are making great use of the versatility of kettlebells.

We are also use other equipment including but not limited to agility ladders, resistance bands, dumb bells and T-Rex suspension trainers.

When kettlebell training lifts are performed correctly with good form you can expect your performance increase quite rapidly.

From conditioning, endurance to power development and even rehab no other tools is as versatile and useful to functional fitness.

Kettlebell Training is standard fair at the Five Dock Boot Camp. I recommend that anyone who is serious about gaining usable results from their training investment seek out an experienced, certified and insured instructor or attend one of the OZ Bootcamp Five Dock boot camps.
