Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells-Prays Answered!

I purchased Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells for one reason - Space! I don't have any. I wanted something flexible I could use at home. I also wanted top quality, and felt great buying free weights from Bowflex.

I bought these to replace a 20 year old set of barbells. They were a huge, space waster and to top it off, they were in burnt orange! Ya, I'm a 70's child!

If you are a gym person, you may not need these. Personally, I am not now, nor will I ever be a gym person. My first thought after I finished a workout with these dumbbells - fantastic! I was impressed with the selector switch, simple to use, it was even smoother than expected. I appreciated the weight increments of 2.5 lbs (up to 25 lbs, then it does switch to 5 pound increments) as it allows me to push myself. I have to say, these Bowflex SelectTech 552 Dumbbells even look pretty good too! So much better than Burnt Orange!

Personally, I have been working out for 18 years, and have found that these have really added to my overall strength training. I feel stronger after clicking it up, but when I'm not up to a challenge, I can knock it down just as easily.
