he Royal Stone brand of solid surface shower pans are the pans that I manufacture and will use to illustrate the simplicity and ease of installation that can be had when installing a composite shower pan. Unlike fabricated solid surface shower pans, the Royal Stone shower pans are a cast one-piece solid surface product. By casting the pan as a one-piece unit, there are no stresses introduced in the pan, and there are many other features engineered and designed into this pan.
The most obvious features are the large radius transition between the pan floor and its sidewalls. Secondly, the flange (also called a weep edge) is 1-1/2" tall. I have seen pans that do not incorporate an integral flange or have flanges 1/2" to 1" tall. The added height is designed to minimize, if not eliminate, any water being drawn up behind the wall surround panels that could cause water damage to the shower sub-structure.
Royal Stone's pans have a minimum wall thickness of 1/2" and the webbing elements have a wide foot with large stress relieving radius corners between the pan floor and the webbing. All shower pans are engineered to support the weight of 3/4" thick (2 cm) granite slabs as well as all other commonly used wall materials like tile, fiberglass, acrylic, and solid surface panels. Finally, regardless of floor loading, the Royal Stone pan floor is so solid that it feels like one is standing on a rigid concrete floor. There is no perceptible flexing or oil-canning of the pan floor. Thus, there is no possibility of floor fatigue and cracking over time and the potential for pan failure is eliminated.
When attaching solid surface shower pans and wall panels, ONLY use 100% SILICONE. Other adhesives or caulks may harden. The loss of the elastic bond between the solid surface and other materials can cause stresses in the solid surface. In turn, these stresses may cause fractures of the part and void the manufacturer's warranty.

Bracket Handrail Railing
When building or renovating a home, we always think of the large details such as walls, flooring, appliances, etc. Often, we tend to overlook details like interior stairway railings or iron porch railings for the exterior of our home. Railings, whether for the interior or exterior, are very important to the sturdiness and decor of our home.
Railings come in many different styles and materials, depending on where they'll be used and what the decor of the rest of the home consists of. One of the most important reasons for using a railway is to ensure your safety against an accidental fall. Not only can you be liable and subject to a lawsuit if a guest falls in your home, but you need a railing for your own safety. Railings also enhance the appearance of your home. Stairs will look very plain without some sort of railing. In home interiors, an ornamental railing can add a touch of elegance and grandeur to the aesthetic style of the room. Stairways can be built to complement the architectural styles of the home. A wood winding stairway will add a rustic look to the room. Railings today are very versatile, whether you build them yourself, have them custom built or purchase them assembled.
Iron porch railings are the most commonly used stairway for outdoors. They're sturdy, attractive and go with almost any exterior home decor. Iron porch railings are also available in different colors, making them even more versatile for the home. Some homeowners choose to use iron porch railings for the interior of their home as well. They make a decorative statement when used as a room divider or stairway in a family room downstairs or in the basement. Whether it's elegant decorative railings or iron porch railings, safety should be the most important consideration when choosing your railings. This is especially true if you have young children or elderly living in your home, two age groups that are more prone to accidents and slipping.

Female Swivel
For many families, the kitchen might be one of the main rooms of your home. More and more families are spending time together cooking. Some kitchen remodeling ideas could help bring you up to date in your old kitchen. Cooking is becoming more and more popular with male and female. More and more guys are enjoying cooking these days than ever before. In the past, I think we all grew up with the thought that cooking was for women and that it was a sissy thing for men to do. We've come a long way baby, and more and more men are either helping with the cooking or may even be the main cooks. These kitchen remodeling ideas may be of good use to you if you love to spend time in your kitchen.
There are many kitchen remodeling ideas available, but one of them you may consider is, to add an island in the center of your kitchen if you have the space. One of the frustrations of many good cooks, is to not have enough space. You may be short counter space in which to roll out dough or for cutting purposes. Many center islands have a sink installed for easy clean up. There may be a bar on the opposite side of the island in which some counter chairs could be pushed up to, and allow for more eating space. It would also allow any other family members a place to watch from, and spend time together. If you are family oriented, make sure you incorporate ways the family could work together in your kitchen remodeling ideas.
Make your kitchen remodeling ideas fun. If you decide to change the paint on the walls and or new flooring, get the whole family involved. There are many choices to choose from in both areas. You can get paints in any color you so choose, with borders to match if you like. Depending on whether you choose carpeting or flooring for one of your kitchen remodeling ideas, there are so many choices, that getting family opinions can be very helpful. It can be very overwhelming to have to make all the choices yourself. If you plan on spending a lot of time in your kitchen, make sure your kitchen remodeling ideas make the room inviting and comfortable.
There are many kitchen remodeling ideas concerning your cupboards too. There are many up to date ideas on convenient pull out drawers that allow you to see what is in the cupboard without having to bend down on your knees to look inside. There are swivel cupboards that have a lazy Susan and all you have to do is spin it to see what you have in the cupboard. Other kitchen remodeling ideas might include cupboards that have sections in them for certain lids or bakeware. They have just about anything you can think of, and things you never thought of available, so all you have to do is explore a home improvement store to get some kitchen remodeling ideas and get back to the future.

Male Swivel
In recent times, men have become aware of the need to take care of their skin as they do their body. There are a number of skin care products on the market for men and not just products that are for specific skin disorders. Following a daily skin care regimen can help to prevent skin disorders.
If you look through the cosmetic counters in the men's department in your local stores, you will find that the major manufacturers of men's colognes are also manufacturing skin moisturizers, cleansers, and lotions in addition to after shave lotions.
Male skin is different from that of women. The skin care regimen, however, is the same. It starts with cleansing to remove the dirt, grease, and pollutants from the skin. Cleansing also prevents pores from getting clogged. Do not use soap. Water soluble cleansers are preferred. Cleansing should be done at least once every day, twice a day if you can manage it.
Skin care for men revolves around shaving. This requires you to select the appropriate products for shaving. Skin type is a main consideration when selecting products. You should avoid alcohol based aftershave lotions. A good quality razor should be used. In this case, one with a swivel head is better to avoid cuts. Products and tools should be used properly.
Male skin is generally thicker and oilier because they have larger pores and more active sebaceous glands. Their skin can become dehydrated due to regular shaving. Moisturizers are very important in skin care for men. A moisturizing gel or cream should be applied after shaving. Most shaving foams and gels have a built-in moisturizer. When using a moisturizer, pat it gently over the face and massage gently using upward strokes.
Also important in skin care for men is the use of a sunscreen. UV rays are not good for anyone's skin. There are sunscreens that have a moisturizer build-in. Men's skin care products also have natural ingredients such as aloe vera, sea salt, and coconut.

Gate Hinge
Gate Hinges are one of the essential pieces of gate hardware. You need hinges to attach one side of the gate to the posts that hold up the structure. The hinges you choose should be metal and be resistant to corrosion and rust as they will be open to the elements of the weather. Since they are the most important part of installing the gate, you should not sacrifice quality in order to save money. If you choose poor quality hinges, they could cause the gate to sag and not close properly after a short while.
There are many different styles of hinges that will enhance the look of the gate. You should select a style that will match the gate and the rest of the fence if the gate is the entrance to a garden. Ordinarily, these hinges are black or zinc-coated. You can also have a blacksmith forge a set of unique hinges just for you. Galvanized hinges are what most people look for and you can get these in various price ranges. Instead of choosing the cheapest ones, look for hinges that a heavily galvanized hinge that will stand up to the wear and tear.
There are four main types of hinges suitable for gates. These are:
* Butt hinges. These are similar to the regular hinges you have on the doors in your house and are designed to swing in only one direction. You install them in the same way as you would with an ordinary door hinge - either flat on the gate or mortised into the stile and post.
* Strap Hinge. This has a long rectangular leaf mounted to the inside of the gate post and the strap section fastens to the inside of the gate itself.
* T-Hinge. This is a modified strap hinge with one long strap leaf and a butt hinge.
* Lag and Eye Hinge. This type of hinge is designed for us on gates with stiles greater than 2 inches wide. Although they are really strong, they look sort of clumsy. They would be suitable for a really heavy gate and not for the main entrance to your garden.

Handrail Fittings, Handrail Bracket
The first thing you want to do is test the water and make sure all levels including pH are normal. Next you're going to want to shock your pool, and then run the filter for 24 hours. Now it's time to start closing your pool, clean out any leaves or debris and vacuum your pool thoroughly. Now you want to pour in the contents of your closing kit.
The next step will be to blow out lines or evacuate any water that might be in the lines. You can do this without emptying pool. You will need either a shop-vac or a compressor. With a compressor, you will take an old winterizing plug and remove the center screw then push a quarter inch compressor hose male adapter in the center of the winterizing plug. A # 9 plug is most efficient. You can now use this in any of the plumbing on the filter. The first way to blow lines out leave all the plugs in the filter and the pump, set the multi-port valve on filter, and close all of the plumbing line valves except for the line you wish to blow out. Open the air release on top of the filter and push the winterizing plug with the compressor line and pump air into the filter. This will push all the water out of the filter and push the water out of the line. Once you see air bubbles install the winterizing plug, do this for the skimmer and returns. Open just the main drain valve force air into the line until you see air bubbles. Then immediately close the valve this will hold air in that line and prevent water from rushing back in. If you have step jets simply open the air vents, remove the jet and plug up the fitting. Then open up the jet valve at the filter, then force air this will push all of the water out of the air vents once the water is stops coming out remove the compressor close the air vents and you're now done with blowing your lines out. Check all plugs for air bubbles.
To remove handrails and ladders, simply lift the decorative cover, loosen the bolt approximately a quarter inch up and then hammer it down. This will free your ladder or handrail. Then simply lift it out of the cup. If you have a vinyl pool, do not empty it below the skimmer keep the water level as you would in the summer. This will prevent the liner from shrinking in the corners and shortening the life of the liner. There is no reason to lower a vinyl pool. Vinyl manufactures will not cover warranties on pools that have been lowered. If you have a concrete pool, you must lower the pool, at least 1 foot below the skimmer. This will prevent the bond beam from cracking causing the tiles and coping to fall off. Now you're about ready to put the cover on.
For water tube type covers, fill all the water tubes only three quarters of the way, install the cover and place the water tubes on the cover around the perimeter of the pool. Make sure there's enough water tubes used that they are touching. It is not advisable to put the water tubes in the cover loops. Should the cover blow in during the winter, if the tubes are attached to the cover this will drag the cover down making it almost impossible to reinstall the cover with the water tubes.

Pipe Clamp
Pipe clamps are a special type of clamps that are composed of different segments to allow usage flexibility. A basic pipe clamp involves two different clamp sections. One section is the tightening clamp, while the other is static. They feature an open loop on one side and a clamping brace on the other. These two sections connect with a length of pipe and the tightening section of the clamp can move to properly connect pieces of wood. The fact that the pipe can be alternated for shorter or longer sections to connect different or nonstandard pieces of wood provides for the versatility and benefit of using pipe clamps.
To use a pipe clamp, it is important to use proper measurements. First, take a measurement of the wood pieces that are to be glued together. Then, either find a pipe that is already the right size or cut a section of pipe to match this measurement, with about an extra foot. Metal or PVC pipe can be used because both are durable, you just need to ensure that one end of the pipe is threaded. Attach the static clamp to the non-threaded side and secure it in place, then attached the tightening clamp to the threaded end of the pipe. Size up the wood and make sure it is connected in the way you need to it to co me out in the end, and then slowly tighten the clamp down the threaded section until it is held together firmly. If you are working with multiple pipe clamps, it can be easier to tighten one side a little and then the other side a little more, incrementally increasing the hold on the wood until there is balanced pressure.
Once the wood is clamped into place, spread wood glue along the seal where the wood will need to connect at a joint. Spread the glue with your finger or a piece of card stock to ensure there is an even distribution and the glue won't cause warping while it cures. Follow the instructions for the glue about curing time, and then you can release the pipe clamps. If using more than one clamp, it is best to incrementally loosen pressure on each clamp as opposed to removing them one by one. If the curing process went smoothly and pressure was distributed correctly, the wood should be firmly connected.

Railing Base Flange
In Heavy Equipment cleaning there is allot of important information they must know and safety issues are very unforgiving when working around heavy equipment. The only real qualifications in the tractor wash guys business are that the franchisee be a man type man or a tuff woman. A young executive college type student may not like this type
of work. The money is very good. I remember times earning nearly $3,000 on
a weekend cleaning tractors working 24 hours a day for two days and getting
greasy to the point you could not tell what nationality I was. Well, if you have not guessed it I am a white guy, but if you saw me with a bunch of black guys you would swear I was one of the brothers. At night you are working with steam and in a giant cloudbank of sauna type fog. When you cool down you are soaked, greasy and tired. It is like the playing football in the mud with a bunch of brutes, which do not care about pain. So it takes a real tough person. But the money is great. Obviously this is not the same person type who comes to your parking lot to detail your BMW who wears varneys and Nike High Tops.
We do all kinds of equipment and also strip paint for refurbishing, and detailing cabs for equipment auctions. I started this business because the demand is high for quality companies who can provide this type of service. Generally the types of independents who do this type of steam cleaning are not understanding of how to go about the business aspect of it. Many of the new corporate farmers run them like HMOs and the large construction companies have procedures and insurance requirements. They can no longer hire the company who rolls up chewing tobacco and says, "Y'ALL need them things kleen or naut?" They have the OSHA to deal with and the NPDES Requirements and the EPA screaming down their neck. There is just no way to hire the independent guy who cannot follow the rules. We know the way to do it. Give me a hard worker and we will give him a great franchise cleaning equipment and tractors, I use to say. We have been perfecting this co-brand for two years and have brought several people onto our team who have helped. It needs to be its own franchise.
It is a market sector overlooked but is necessary and anyone in the pressure washing business needs to look into this niche. A new Caterpillar engine cost in excess of $65,000.00 it cannot over heat, which is what happens if the radiator flanges are not kept free from dirt and grease. Also the blades on scrappers have to be replaced and welded on and cannot be welded when they are all greasy. Welders make $80.00 per hour so they do not want them cleaning equipment. Most heavy equipment pressure washing companies make well in excess of $100.00 per hour. There are so many reasons to clean
equipment including the fact that operators are Union and do not have to work in unfair conditions around greasy walk ways which cause safety issues or in a dust ridden cab or be exposed to unnecessary fire hazards or unsafe conditions. Also is the railroad industry, major work available there. One of our franchisees worked for the railroad industry as a terminal rail master. We have the inside track to the purchasing process for the major
railroads. Some of the contracts are intense. One we recently found out about was over 500,000 dollars on a two-year contract.

Store windows are one of the most fortunate things to possess as a retail location. If a store is blessed with more than one window, then it has the most verified form cheap of advertisement already. Creating beautiful and attractive displays in store windows is guaranteed to increase traffic. Although some stores in strip malls may lack windows, there is still hope for creating beautiful displays within the store that will capture an equal audience. Considering the flow of traffic, position retail store displays so that they are in the center of customer focal points within the store. This is similar to optimizing a website to create more clicks to the website in that more clicks increases sales. In the physical retail world, more glances or looks create more sales. The more people that see an item placed in front of them, the more likely a higher number will buy. It is simple statistics. This is so important that it is recommended to hire a visual display design team or company to create affective displays if the managers or owners are not well versed in interior design and advertising. It is definitely worth every penny spent.
Regardless of who designs and implements the retail display, the retailer should have some things on hand for their employees and managers to use to prepare and maintain retail store displays. A simple retail store display kit will save time and energy for the staff by locating all of the necessary equipment in one easy to find location. Some important supplies to keep in this kit are tape measures, hot glue supplies, scissors, staplers, pins, hammer, nails, screwdriver and spare screws, sign materials and holders, utility blades, glass cleaner and paper towels, fishing line for hanging, and drawing materials. Keeping these tools in the same kit will save an abundance of time for everyone involved.
Brainstorming the display necessities well help make the set up phase less difficult. During this planning stage the budget, themes, and outlines should be developed so that all of the materials, props, and designs are gathered ahead of time. Be sure to clean the display area thoroughly and plan a time during the week that is low traffic time to put together retail store displays. Other things to consider during the brainstorming period are asymmetrical balance, object sizes, colors, lighting, and focus. Possibly one of the most important things to remember is simplicity. Less is always more in both interior design and retail store displays.
As time goes by, continue to change and update retail store displays. Keep records of all of the past displays by photograph to recall what you have already done, what worked well, and what did not work at all. Store displays take some creativity and practice. Just keep working and learning everything you can about retail store displays. It will pay off ten fold in the end.
Tube Clamp
Do you know about CNC tube bending machines? These are designed in a fashion to minimize the time of set up and to maximize production. The CNC tube bending machines are available with many companies. Some of the companies have also launched CNC tube bending machines that feature electrical servo-drives on all axes and these are available in single as well as multi stack versions.
CNC tube bending machines with multistack benders facilitate complicated bending without the requirement of tool change. In case, you cannot apply a multistack tool for stability reasons, try to switch over to an automatic clamp die changing system that will easily accommodate up to eight clamp dies.
The CNC tube bending machines feature excellent bending procedures that are programmable and boosting via the transport carriage in conjunction with the boosting in the area of pressure die. The boosting tends to minimize wall thinning towards the outer bend that further facilitates narrow bending.
The integrated modem and access to the internet works towards providing the best of remote maintenance and technology support.
The CNC tube bending machines has a bending template. This helps in bending the pipe as desired. The unbent portion of the pipe is supported on a pipe that supports rail carries. It is also adjustable in height. The adjustment of height can be easily done by a drive and it is best suited for step-less positioning. This easily sets the pipe-supporting rail to a height that is already specified by the CNC control unit. Before bending the pipe, the height to which the pipe has been moved, is determines via a functioning program that is dependent on a full set comprising of tool data that has been input into the control unit.
