How do I delete my account from iwriter? I cannot remove my SSN, or my name or my address. I wish to totally DELETE my account. I dont care about the little bit of money I earned. I dont want it. I just want to delete my account.

- hi brad, today i tried to log in into my iwriter account but it says; Sorry, you've logged into iWriter with too many accounts. What happens now because i and other writers through me depended on the work from iwriter. It seemz like you have now restricted one person to one account. How will that work now since iwriter had curved its niche by being diffrent from other writing sites..

- Hi Brad, Got my account back.. The response was very quick from the support team. The reason for blocking my account is that i took more time to write a particular article.. I dont know if this is the right place for advice but we will give it a go ! Two years ago an unhappy customer put up a complaint video against our bussiness since then it has risen to top position page one on google we canot seem to get removed so we generated some how to videos thru u tube useing the same tags or key words to creat fresh content for mr google this has worked to a point but we cannot get passed page two on google is there any suggestions you could make that would be great !

I have written four articles and three of them are approved. One is pending. but now I can't login. An error message is popped up saying "your account has been blocked due to low rating(4.7)." But 4.7 can't be low rate. How is it possible? I have submitted tickets but no reply. I have money at my iWriter account and want to get them. - Hi, this is a shocking news because I have not posted any comments to client's review pages till date. I have only submitted 4 articles. Three of them have been approved. About the last one I don't know as I am not able to login now. There may be some mistake. I am a respectable Indian woman and a professional writer. I didn't post any negative comment. My username is penmoon, password moonmoon77. Some days back when I couldn't login with my correct password, I asked for my password. A mail came from iWriter with a new password that is xebxelnn. Now when i try to login with the new password the error message says " your account has been blocked due to low rating (4.7)." Please help.

- Hi, I'm very sorry. I did a bit more digging and see that the note left by my team on this case was in error. The vulgar comments were left by 2 clients that left "you" ratings/comments. Whats bothering me today is that there was no money transferred to my paypal account. I tried to contact your customer support page and unfortunately no one has come to my aid. I purchased the products several years ago and recently had to reinstall it on a new machine because the original machine is no longer working. - Hey Ken, that's a good question. After the Overture search term suggestion tool was removed, we haven't had the time to update SEO competition analyzer. A comparable tool is our Keyword Cloud Generator. Do a Google search and you can probably find it floating around :-)

- Hey Ajoy, well that's not good. Unfortunately, we don't own that website or know the owner. Have you tried contacting sales@clickbank.com and explaining the situation to them? I know their policy states that an affiliate cannot offer bonuses with a product, so they're not following clickbank's TOS. They could probably give you the website owner's contact information to track him down. Hope that helps!

- Hey there Brad. I'm wondering... Do you have any plans to include an article leveraging feature into Article Submitter Platinum (ASP)? I was amazed ASP doesn't already have such feature, because... your products always overdeliver. Don't get me wrong. Article Submitter Platinum is still an amazing tool. I just wished such additional feature would be included. Implementing such a feature would overthrow ASP's compitor overnight. ASP would become a bargain overnight too. Evidently... it would save me tons of money and bring you tons of new clients.

- Metronocity: More to your comment concerning PPC Shadow. As the directions state, you must wait 24-48 hours for the first cycle of ads to be collected. It does not happen immediately. PPC Shadow works just fine. Be patient. It will gather all of the data automatically. The first cycle takes 24-48 hours :-)
I do not know why you're having problems downloading Affiliate Elite. I've just tested everything to make sure nothing is wrong and it works fine. The best I can tell you is to submit a support ticket. Include your clickbank receipt number and within a maximum of 48 hours, our support team will manually send you the download link that you should have received automatically upon purchase.
