Brad Pilon's Eat Stop Eat Review

After 7 months on Brad Pilon's Eat Stop Eat program, I decided it was time to create an honest, informative review of the plan.

How does the Eat Stop Eat program work?
Is it safe?
Where can I buy it?

I've answered all these questions (and more) for you right here...

So What Is Eat Stop Eat?

Eat Stop Eat is a 90 page e-book containing a revolutionary diet regime. The regime involves intermittent fasting, weight training and... well, that's pretty much it!

The e-book format means that, when you purchase the plan, you recieve it through the internet as a downloadable file, rather than having to wait for it to be sent to you. For me, this was more efficient than buying from amazon or another online store, as it gave me instant access to the information.

I was amazed by the price, especially as I've been using the plan for almost half a year now! The only place to buy it is through the official sales page, which you can access here

The author, Brad Pilon, has an honors degree in nutrition and has travelled the world researching weight loss programs, not to mention the fact that he's also an athlete - all impressive attributes, i'm sure you'll agree.

Does It Work?

In a word, yes.

This is, without doubt, the best diet program I've ever done, and considering I've pretty much worked my way through all of them, that's saying something!

In the 7 months since I read the plan, I've lost over 60lbs! I feel energized, more toned and, most importantly, more confident with myself.

These results are what I've asked of every diet program and pill I've taken over the years, yet I was shocked that they actually occurred! I was so used to seeing a few pounds coming off, then hitting a plateau and feeling tired and lethargic, that I think that's what I came to expect!

Reading and implementing the plan in this book has been like switching on a light, as cheesy as that sounds! I'm now rocketing towards my goal weight, instead of taking one step forward and two steps back.

Now you might think I'm just showing off here, and I am a little, but I'm also sure this would work for anyone, not just your average eat-when-she's-bored office worker (ie. me). I definitely recommend it no matter how much you're trying to lose.

You get a 100% money back guarantee just in case, which always makes me feel a little better when I decide to take the plunge with these things.

You can get it for yourself at the new price here

How Does It Work?

The main thing with Eat Stop Eat is intermittent fasting.

Now, when I first read the word 'fasting' I thought, "Are you crazy?! I can't survive two minutes without food!" Indeed, you were probably thinking the same thing when you saw it a few moments ago, however, fasting is not as we mere mortals perceive it (yes, I did promote Brad to God status after losing my first 10lbs).

I would like to point out that fasting does not cause 'starvation mode' unless you go for 72 hours without food. I was very worried about this before I started, but with the program you go 24 hours without food, twice a week, so you aren't at risk.

I was also worried about my metabolism slowing down if I didn't eat 'little and often' as I had been taught, but apparently the lack of food over short periods can cause it to speed up!

So basically, by going without food every now and then and lifting a few weights, you lose fat, but keep muscle.

Brad explains this much better than I can of course, so you can read up about it here

On my fasting days, I tend to only drink water, although I will occasionally drink milk or tea, and this has not been a problem with my weight loss thus far.

I also make sure that I have quite a few things to do on these days, as it's amazing how much free time you have on your hands when you're not orbiting around the thought of food!

What Are The Best Bits?

What I love about Brad Pilon's Eat Stop Eat is that it's completely different to any other diet plan I've ever seen. He even calls it the "Anti Diet" himself!

It's refreshing to not have to spend my days counting calories and avoiding carbs and remembering to take supplements and just basically thinking about food all the time. In fact, my fasting days are my most productive, as I mentioned before.

I like that it's an e-book, mainly because paying for post and pakaging is the bane of my life, but also because you can start it straight away.

Most of all, I love the results! I have convinced my friends to join and now we are losing weight together, which makes things easier. It's so good to feel happy about myself again, and to know that I can help others do the same.

Good luck and thanks for taking the time to read!
