A fatal mistake a lot of 'newbie' internet marketers make is they don't know how to effectively sell products to the public.
The first few people that come to their website are usually poached and hassled into buying the product.
Now if you wait until you have branded yourself a little bit better your website will be gaining more and more traffic every day therefore bringing more potential of selling products.
If you brand yourself correctly and are known as a provider of good information you will have far greater success in selling your products thus improving your income.
Take a tip from the professionals and work on your image before you try to sell your product.
One of the most commonly used ways to brand yourself is to tell real life stories, show your audience that you relate to them.
An example could be a story about your struggle with internet marketing.

You may not know it but the most important aspect you must perform while trying to brand yourself is have fun while you're doing it.It rubs off on the information you provide making it both better and more reliable.
But BEWARE once you have branded yourself and you are known and trusted by the public don't stop providing information to others.
Most people tend to slacken off on their approach once they have sold one or two products.
It is important that you keep a tight relationship with the public.
Now I want you to think for a second, if someone was offering you good information and after awhile they just kept sending you emails trying to sell you products, would you keep buying the products?
Or would you just unsubscribe from their email list?
I know I wouldn't keep buying their products it shows they only want to make a quick buck and aren't there to help you in the long run.
