Brazil Mission Trip 2009 Success!

My name is Kirk DuBois. I received Jesus Christ as my Lord in 1971 during the "Jesus Movement." I had been into drugs, the occult (before "New Age" was popular), had a juvenile police record and an unhappy family life. I had searched for God in every thinkable place, studied parapsychology, witchcraft, etc., and used hallucinogenic drugs to "help" my search. I always came up empty handed until March 9th, 1971 at about 3 o'clock in the afternoon. That's when I bowed my knees and confessed Jesus Christ as my Lord. The change was immediate and lasting. From that point on I was involved with street evangelism, beach witnessing, Bible studies, jail ministry, etc. It wasn't a question of whether or not I was "called." When I was born-again, I was born to serve (which is what the word "ministry" means.) Since that time God has continued to enlarge my steps and give me opportunity to minister for Him. During those first years, I began attending Kathryn Kuhlman meetings in Los Angeles. At those meetings I came in contact with the reality of God's Presence and power. God was dealing with me about what He wanted me to do.

In 1974, while walking in a wheat field in Oklahoma, God dealt with me about the last great harvest of souls. He spoke to me about the way people used to harvest with sickles, but how today men use combines to reap whole fields in a short time. He said the combines are anointed ministries that will bring in the last day harvest quickly and multitudes would be saved. In 1975 I attended the Anaheim Full Gospel Business Men's Fellowship International World Convention. It was there I heard Kathryn Kuhlman for the last time, and there that I heard Kenneth E.Hagin for the first time. At the last meeting I attended, Kenneth Copeland was speaking. During his altar call, the scene of me in the wheat field in Oklahoma in 1974 came back to me, and what God had said. While I was seeing this vision in my spirit, suddenly I heard Kenneth Copeland interrupt the altar call and say, "Men, I see a wheat field. And I see people trying to get the harvest in with sickles while all the time God has a whole line of combines that He wants to use to get the job done." He went on to say that the combines are anointed men that God will use in the last days. This was one of those precious times when you know God has His hand on your life!

In those years of preparation, God was doing a lot to confirm His will in my life. He has confirmed His Word that He would send me to minister in the supernatural. Along the way of preparation I have completed the Berean Correspondence School of the Assemblies of God, and graduated from RHEMA Bible Training Center. I have been privileged to work for Kenneth Hagin Ministries for over 27 years and am now instructing in RHEMA Bible Training Center.

In 1987 I began to travel overseas and have ministered in thirty-five different countries.
