- I made & ate the Padre Pio bread. I prayed to Padre Pio to keep us safe, we were moving from another state. We couldnt afford to hire movers so we were doing it alone. While my husband & I were driving I fell asleep & out of blue I woke up to see my husband going to change lanes & hit another car I warned him & this kept him from killing the driver of the small car next to us. We were also told by the rental company that the truck was insured but the top of the truck was not. When we were at our destination we pulled over to the side of the road and heard a strange sound. When we got out of the truck we realized we had hit a tree with the top of the truck & it was damaged. We would have to pay for this out of our pockets (which we could not afford). I again prayed to Padre Pio & when we woke up the next day the top of the truck was in fixed. Several things happened on that trip I could not explained at one point our truck should have flipped over but for some reason it did not.
