Bressi Ranch Carlsbad

Bressi Ranch Carlsbad, is an affluent, large mixed-use development southeast of the intersection of El Camino Real and Palomar Airport Road. It features a village core with 8 neighborhoods.  Seven of the neighborhoods are comprised of Single Family Detached homes: Canterbury, Cassia, Primrose Point, Gardenside, Heather Court, and Wisteria Place and there is also a 100 home Condominium development in Bressi Ranch called Mullberry.

All of the neighborhoods of Bressi Ranch have been sold out with the exception of Magnolia Estates, although you can find many Bressi Ranch Real Estate listings in the Carlsbad MLS.  Magolia Estates is made up of Semi-Custom homes ranging in size from 4,985 sq. ft. to 6,280 sq. ft. and priced from $1,800,000 to the mid $2,000,000 as of this writing. 

There is a new independent, non-public school under construction. Pacific Ridge School will open in the fall of 2007 and will be home for 7th - 12th graders.

The Bressi Ranch community will also feature a commercial zone sector that will feature commercial buildings designed in the Bressi Ranch architectural theme. Commercial space will also be rented out. Within the next few years, Stater Bros. and Trader Joe's are projected to be opening up in the community. A number of restaurants, drug stores, a postal office, and various boutiques and stores will also open up in the Bressi Ranch commercial sector, which is conveniently located within walking distance to all neighborhoods in Bressi Ranch.
