Brian to Perform Benefit Concert for ALS/Lou Gehrig's Disease
January 30, 2009 - Warren Baptist Church, Augusta, GA
ALS is short for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, also known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. ALS affects nerve cells that control voluntary muscle movement. Muscles weaken and eventually lose function because of the person's inability to initiate and control all voluntary movements. Because of this, it is usually fatal.
All proceeds from ticket sales for this concert will be donated to The ALS Association for use in the local Augusta area. Stephen chose to raise money for The ALS Association because he and Brian personally know someone who was recently diagnosed with this disease.
Stephen wants to spread awareness of this debilitating disease and encourage others to support the work being done by the ALS organization serving the Augusta area. Doing this will allow Stephen to fulfill the requirements of his senior project, help The ALS Association increase local support, and give Brian an opportunity to perform in his hometown and promote his music career.
Brian is very excited to be part of an event of this magnitude and is looking forward to helping out his brother as well as The ALS Assocation.
Brian will be performing ALL of his new songs he recently recorded for his debut CD in addition to a variety of other tunes. So, GET YOUR TICKETS NOW because the price will go up as it gets closer to the performance date!!!!
Here are the essential details:
WHEN: Friday, January 30th, 7:00p
WHERE: Warren Baptist Church, Augusta GA
TICKETS: Family Christian Bookstore, Augusta GA or at the door until sold out

Brian Around LA
I'll add content to this lens as I can, so come back periodically to see what's new.I'll also give you a glimpse of various celebs Brian comes into contact with as he goes about his daily routine. Take this person in the photo above with him, for example...she is one of the most talented people in the music industry. Know who she is???
It's Diane Warren, and is she amazing! Brian recognized her immediately when she came into the store where he works. She's touched your life at some point without you even realizing it because she's one of the most successful music writers this industry has ever known. She's written thousands of songs and makes millions every year in royalties.
She owns her own company - http://RealSongs.com so check out her site, browse through her music...oh, and tell her Brian said "hi." :-)

Hey man,
I don't know you, but I got an e-mail from my uncle today talking about how you were on American Idol. Apparently he and my aunt are in your parents Sunday School class. I'm listening to your music on Myspace right now...it's good. Trust Him, and He'll give you the best (even if we think it isn't!). Good luck, and I'll be praying for you.
