I see people are still able to access Hub pages.... I get emails all the time notifying that someone created a new one. Also just saw someone post on Digg that they just finished a hub page a few hours ago today.
But I can't access it. So I wonder if they changed something and it's still propogating. I live in Portland, OR... where do you live? I wonder if it's only those in this area... or it could be other areas as well.
but one thing is certain... many people can access it. I can't.
