Bulletproof jackets seem to be in the news quite a bit these days. Mainly you think of Law Enforcement or Military when someone mentions them, but the latest craze seems to be Fashion Chic body armor. The man bringing this to mainstream is Colombian fashion designer, Miguel Caballero who coins himself the "Armani of Bulletproof Apparel." He produces leather jackets that can withstand getting shot point-blank by a .38 caliber gun.
