So, dont think that you will never be able to enjoy that slice of pizza or nachos ever again. After, you are done losing all the weight you need to, your body will still be a burning machine, so you will be able to enjoy those foods once again....Of Course in moderation though.

Overall, I completley enjoyed reading the book and it has really helped me lose weight. The only thing I can say that I didn't like was the fact that there were no pictures to demonstrate the workout, but it is explained well in detail and they can also be found online through other sources if you need a full demonstration.

Most results tend to vary with how well you are dedicated to the diet. Most people tend to lose around 3-5 lbs per week with this program. I have tried this program out and have had results of losing 3 lbs per week.
