Any followers and advice and recommendations are most welcome!

How it all started
Or how I learned to combine nitrition with work outs.

When I finally decided to get a firm grip of my life ( about a year ago) - that is, when I decided to switch from dieting to working out... I simply assumed that a good program in the gym would be enough.
Well, it was - but only to gain more muscle power and thus gain more weight and inches instead of losing. I was desperate, really, because I understood that nevertheless I NEEDED GOOD NUTRITION PLAN as well.
I tried everything - Pierre Dukan, the Zone, Ori Hofmekler, Low fat - high carbs diet... and so on and so on. But I was unable to follow strictly any of these - WHY? Because I felt like my life was all dominated by one goal and I was so tired of it!
I was on the verge of quitting and giving up my dream when I decided to give it one last shot - but only this time I would make a research and try to UNDERSTAND HOW THE BODY WORKS ... Figure out why conventional diets no longer worked on me and why my body and my mind were in constant fight...
By the time I discovered this Effective Fat Loss Solution , I had already come up with many of the facts I found there - but it took me months of constant research.

BUT - I was burning my muscles as well instead of feeding them. I felt weak, couldn't work out properly, I was constantly tired... Why? Because I malfed my muscles.
3. It finally hit me! :) I needed to understand what my body needs and provide it WHEN it needs it. E.g. - I ate carbs before working out - proteins after that - chocolate and sweets in the mornings (as I just love these). I learned what types of food help me burn more and what types help me build my muscles. I learned what gives me energy and what takes it away. AND I've learned HOW to get the most of my time in the gym! The results are great indeed. ( you can see my pictures for proof). :)

I am NOT a professional, I cannot afford to spend a lot of money, I had to do it all by myself - and I DID IT!
