Kondratieff Waves 

Kondratieff waves are also called grand supercycles, long waves or K-waves. It is named after the Russian economist Nikolai Kondratiev (1892-1938) who wrote about it in his book "The Major Economic Cycles" (1925). Based on his observation that K-waves last approximately 50 - 60 years, Kondratiev predicted that the world would suffer economic depression in the 1930's. He was allegedly sent to Siberia because he predicted that Russia would be included.

Kitchin Cycle 

The Kitchin inventory cycle cycle lasts 3 to 5 years. It is named after Joseph Kitchin.

Juglar Cycle 

The Juglar fixed investment cycle lasts 7 to 11 years. It is named after Clement Juglar.

Kuznets Cycle 

The Kuznets infrastructural investment cycle lasts from 15 to 25 years. It is named after Nobel Laureate Simon Kuznets.

Martin Armstrong's Economic Cycles 

The accuracy of Martin Armstrong's economic cycles are very impressive. In fact, it is claimed that the CIA wanted his prediction program. Martin Armstrong is allegedly in jail because he refused to release it to the CIA.
