A Better Way to Beat the Oil Companies
A Sure-Fire Way to Spend Less on Gas
Gas Prices are Skyrocketing, and Most Solutions Won't Make a Dent in the Problem
You've probably received at least one e-mail suggesting everyone boycotts the pump on the same day, to send a message to the big, bad oil companies. It's a nice idea, but it doesn't work. People prepare for the day by buying their gas the day before or waiting until the day after.
Perhaps you've been approached to boycott specific companies, forcing them to drop the price of their gas to entice people back to their pumps, thus forcing the other companies to follow suit. Well, this is a little better, but is it realistic? Many people would have to drive a considerable distance to choose a different station, which they won't likely do with these gas prices.
Maybe you've started to bike to work or take the bus. This is a nice solution for some, and is a step in the right direction, but not everyone can do that. Many people have very tight schedules with work and family, and can't afford to spend the extra time in a longer commute. Besides, it's kind of hard to pick the kids up from school on a Schwinn.
The best way to beat the high cost of gas is to use less of it; a LOT less. And the best way to use a lot less gas is to drive a lot less, right? Since the majority of people use the most amount of gas getting to and from work, the logical thing to do would be to stop driving to work. That is what some people have decided to do by biking or taking the train, but we've seen that is not always a workable solution. Now, what if you didn't have to drive to work at all? What if your morning commute was about 50 feet from your bedroom to your home office?
Now more than ever, you should consider the benefits of a home-based business. Spending less on gas is just one of the reasons this might be a very good choice for you.
You may have already considered a home-based business, but aren't sure what you could do to make enough of an income. Filling out surveys doesn't quite cut it, does it? Many of the opportunities you see online seem too good to be true. Well, if they seem that way, they probably are.
Perhaps your current place of employment would be open to the possibility of allowing you to fulfill some of your job duties at home a few days each week. This can take some of the sting out of rising gas prices, but job security isn't what it used to be, so this still might not be the best long-term solution for you.
Maybe someone has approached you about network marketing, but you haven't pursued it because you don't know much about it, think they are all scams, or have no desire to try to convince friends, family or associates to look at your great new opportunity. You can relax, because times are changing, and you can now harness the power of the internet and combine it with advanced, yet easy to learn, marketing techniques. This will enable you to attract people to you who are interested in what you'll be able to offer them, and they will actually contact you to learn more. You will build your business in a simple and effective manner, as a professional. You can leave your family and friends out of it, and they won't even be nervous about coming to a party you've invited them to.
Not sure it will work? Answer this question: How did YOU find THIS article?
This new business model is known as InterNetwork Marketing, and it applies proven internet attraction marketing techniques to network marketing. The result is prospects seeking YOU out, rather than you bugging everyone you know. You'll soon understand why it will change the network marketing industry forever, and for the better.

- Hey Lane,
Nice lens. I thought was gonna offer another 'normal' solution to high gas prices, like minimise usage of the car, walk the kids to school, drive more carefully, etc. to reduce fuel usage.
And then right in the middle of the article, Bang, u hit the reader with a startling development. lol, very good i might say so myself; tho it might scare away some people.

- Definitely a 5 star lens! I think when gas hits $4 a gallon people will finally wake up and slow down on the frivolous driving.
