Vitamin C and Bioflavonoids

Vitamin C is one of the most widely researched nutrients available.  There are numerous health benefits to supplementing this vitamin to your diet.  Vitamin C is both good for your immune system and for your appearance.

I take Vitamin C everyday in supplement form. It has helped me alot in boosting my immune system. As a result I don't suffer from sinus and the flu virus anymore. But you got to take a high dose like 1000mg to 4000mg especially when you are sick. There isn't an overdose, if you got too much in your system you will pass it out in you urine.
