50% Percent Improvement - I've been a zombie for years
It's all about my Mitochondria and an evildoer called Sugar
October, 2008: One year into my program and I'm feeling 50% better - right along with the clinical statistics. Since last March, I've had myriad difficulties with my teeth - several root canals later, I'm still in pain (totally unrelated to chronic fatigue, just bad teeth, I guess.) But CFS is partially to blame here. I haven't been able to afford good dentistry for years upon years after losing my job. I spend most of my energies trying to earn enough money just to be able to go back to the dentist! The difficulties with my teeth have screwed up my dietary program to a fairly large degree. Unable to chew for these past months has put me in a position of constantly relying on mushy processed foods, and I can definitely feel the difference in my stamina and sense of well being. I'm so much better than I was a year ago. This month too, I've managed to hike 2.75 miles! But I'm not functioning at all like a normal girl - blah! I'm still enthused and still taking NTFactor and still working toward getting back to work and a normal girl life. Still hoping and still a happy CFS camper.
March, 2008: NTFactor's statistics show a 40 percent improvement after a 9 week program of supplementation alone. This is right where I am. 2 weeks ago I took a 2.5 mile hike! This from a girl that last September was having difficulty brushing her hair... it's like a miracle but it's science coming through at last!
January 27, 2008: Holiday partying took it's toll. It's taken me these 4 weeks since Christmas to get back to feeling the energy I had earlier in December. I went off my 'wagon' and partook of party fare - aka processed foods and some sugar. That cost me three weeks of doldrums. A lessen well learned. My diet is an essential component of feeling better - just as important as my supplements!
December 5, 2007: I'm becoming alive again! For 17 years I've been a near zombie, the walking dead. ChronicFatigue Syndrome was laying waste to every part of my life. I lost my job years ago, I became a slug, doing nothing more than watching tv, fiddling on the computer, trying to keep my hubby happy by struggling to find the energy to cook once or twice a week. That's it, it's all that I did.
You'll notice in that list there's no shopping, no cleaning, no daily living tasks. All of those things were accomplished on piece-meal basis, doing them only when it was absolutely necessary. My whole body was racked with fatigue every moment, feeling as though I weighed 700 lbs.
In September of 2007, I decided to get my life back. I chronicle this journey in my blog. First getting off of my sugar addiction, which also includes removing white flour and processed foods from my diet. Then the next thing that I did was research every single chronic fatigue article that I could find.
Having gone through innumberable doctor visits and dangerous drug treatments, I stuck to only those articles emphasizing natural relief and supplements. My research into NT Factor held the most promise. This supplement is amazing! I am becoming normal again - it's a miracle to me, and I am in tears each time I think about it - literally.
NTFactor is a propriety blend of amino acids and other supplements that target my poor mitochondria, focusing in on reviving mitochondrial enery building. Clinical research has shown that this combination improves chronic fatigue symptoms as much as 45% - I am living proof of that and I'm no where near done on my program.Where once I could only manage to be on my feet long enough to start some spinach or green beans on the stove and then immediately having to rest, now I can do the dishes And take a shower, go to the store do a little grocery shopping, bring the groceries in. Then I do have to sit down ;) But for me - this small amount of activity was once impossible.
I'm still detailing my improvement on my blog. I still have a long way to go to be a normal functioning human being. I began my journey with hope, now I can delightedly exclaim that I have expectation! And I have clean clothes! :)

Science has Finally caught up with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
NewSupplements Bring Hope!

While recovering from CFS is still a complicated and lengthy process, scientists and researchers have discovered some dietary supplements that have been clinically proven to improve fatiguesymptoms as much as 45%! Two nutritionalsupplements at the forefront of chronicfatigue research have been: NT Factor and D-Ribose.
I present a detailed review NT Factor here. NTFactor is incorporated into Propax - a proven vitamin and energy formula from Nutritional Therapeutics, Inc (NTI). NTI is the manufacturer of NTFactor, which can also be purchased as a stand alone nutrient suppliment (link below).
Order NTI's NT-Factor 90Tabs Here
D-Ribose, a dietary sugar has only recently been available through healthfood stores. Clinical studies have proven dRibose improves levels ofFatigue in CFS patients as well as athletes. dRibose has also been proven to reduce MuscleFatigue and pain.

Now Food's Natural's D-Ribose 200g 50%OFF
During strenuous exercise, large amounts of ATP, the body's primary energy-carrying molecule, can be depleted in heart and skeletal muscle cells. dRibose is a simple sugar that is used by the body to synthesize nucleotides, ATP, nucleic acids, and glycogen. When I use D-Ribose, I notice a decrease in my fibromyalgia pain, but not any real increase in my energy. There have been days when I hurt all over, then have taken the DRibose and have felt near immediate improvement.
Order Now Food's D-Ribose HereI've been on both these naturalsupplements for a nearly a year and I have experienced a 50% improvement across the board in my abilities, stamina and general sense of well being, really!

This is a great lens. My wife suffered with this too. After many doctors she also chose the Natural route and has great success. We wish you all the best in your recovery to get back your life. It is hard to watch someone suffer with CFS.

in reply to JaguarJulie Yup I've seen Cher on tv talking about it. It's a very strange illness - some people recover nearly completely, others struggle for centuries like me. There is no formal test to determine a diagnosis of CFS, typically it's diagnosed after ruling out everything else. The primary diagnostic symptom is orthostatic intolerance, or an inability to stand for any length of time. I've not read that there is an associated correlation to T-cell count, but damage to mitochondria has been proven.
Causes are specifically unknown, but there have been links to epstein-barr virus and a previous history of mononucleosis.

Wasn't Cher diagnosed with CFS quite a few years ago? To see her perform, you wouldn't know it. How is CFS diagnosed? What is the test that conclusively identifies that a person has it -- is it in the T-cells? What causes it. Just curious as I too know of someone who has it. Quite an informative lens.
