CHiPs Season 2 on DVD! 

Just announced: Release date is June 3, 2008

Warner Bros. has just announced that the CHiPs Season 2 DVD set will be released on June 3, 2008. The 4-disc set will include 22 hour-long episodes, a new featurette "The Real CHiPs with Erik Estrada," and a feature-length special episode: "The Greatest Adventures of CHiPs: Recounting the Coolest Cases of Seasons One and Two." The CHiPs Season 2 DVD Set is available for preorder now.

CHiPs: The Complete First Season was released on DVD on June 5, 2007. Ponch & Jon use a circus elephant to tow a truck, and they tear up responding to a crashed onion shipment. Check out all the exciting episodes on the first disc.

1. "Pilot"
   Meet the street's elite: Ponch and Jon stop a car-theft ring, and Ponch's antics may keep him on probation.
2. "Undertow"
   He's here to help... himself. A would-be tow-truck driver robs stranded motorists.
3. "Dog Gone"
   A string of incidents complicates the officer's efforts to help a lost, injured pooch.
4. "Moving Violation"
   Our heroes rescue a man from an overturned van filled with snakes, and Ponch goes to traffic school.
5. "Career Day"
   Ponch patrols in Chopper 5 and speaks at the alma mater's Career Day.
6. "Baby Food"
   It should be labeled with a skull and crossbones: A trucker's missing cargo of baby food is tainted with botulism.
7. "Taking Its Toll"
   A load of spilled and crushed onions has the responding CHPers in tears. Bandits target drivers at toll booths.
8. "Green Thumb Burgler"
   Someone is stealing plants from LA's freeways, and a psychic predicts trouble for Ponch.
9. "Hustle"
   The duo pulls over Broderick Crawford (Highway Patrol), and bikers go on a heist spree.
10. "Highway Robbery"
    The officers use a circus elephant to tow a disabled truck. Jon's ex-football teammate turns to crime.
11. "Name Your Price"
    Femme thieves specialize in Rolls Royce cars, and Ponch seeks his fortune on a game show.
12. "Aweigh We Go"
    Jon and Ponch pull duty at a roadside truck-weigh station.
13. "One Two Many"
    He wants to be CHP in the worst way, but this uniformed lawbreaker is a lookalike for one of the best: Jon!
14. "Rustling"
    The buddy cops confront dirt-bike riding cattle rustlers. Also: Happy birthday to Jon!
15. "Surf's Up"
    Jon and Ponch have a temporary beach assignment.
16. "Vintage '54"
    85-year-old Mrs. Downey reports her vintage auto is stolen.
17. "Hitchhiking Hitch"
    Two teenaged girls seem unaware of the perils of hitchhiking.
18. "Cry Wolf"
    Bogus calls have the CHP spinning its wheels.
19. "Crash Diet"
    A man hurls debris at traffic, and some of the CHPers must shed weight.
20. "Rainy Day"
    During a deluge, the motorcycle duo patrols in a car.
21. "Crack-Up"
    Ponch must partner with Sgt. Getraer after Jon is injured in an accident.
22. "Flashback!"
    A brash rookie patrolman causes Ponch to look back on his days as a push-the-limits, know-it-all newbie.

cheliosfan Chips was the best! Watching it now on dvd just brings back an old obsession with the show,I was a teenager when it was on t.v, I would plan my dates around this show because I had to watch it. Hi,

I'm from Quebec Canada and speak French (and English). I am a total Larry Wilcox fan. I used to love Ponch but, now that I'm older and wiser, I'm attracted to the more mature character. I watched CHiPs as a teenager and am having even more fun watching it now that I'm a "tiny" bit older... I even went to Los Angeles on my honeymoon... Can't wait till all the seasons come out.
