Cabbage Soup Diet

The Cabbage Soup Diet is not just a diet of eatting only Cabbage Soup.  It does consist of but there are other things that you can eat.  You probably have already tired the Lemonade Diet, Grapefruit Diet and Maple Syrup Diet.  If not let me know and I can get you some information. This diet is also called a Cabbage soup cleanser.

With the Cabbage Soup Diet you should only follow this for 7 days then take at least two weeks off before starting again.

Day One: Eat all the fruit you want with the exception on Bananas. You may also have all the Cabbage Soup you want.  For drinking only unsweetened teas, water and cranberry juice.

Day Two: NO FRUIT but you can have all the Vegetables you want fresh, cooked or raw.  As much soup as you want also.  Just keep away from Dry Beans, Corn and Peas.  Leafy Green Vegetables are great with your soup. Try a bake potato at supper for a break you may even use butter.

Day Three: Today eat all the Soup, Vegetables and Fruits but no Potato.

Day Four: Skim Milk and Banana day up to 8 bananas and all the milk you want as well as the soup.

Day Five: Beef and Tomato Day.  10 - 20 oz. Beef (broiled or baked skinless chicken or broiled fish*)  and 6 fresh Tomatos.  6-8 glasses of water this will wash the Uric Acid out of your system.  Soup at least one time today. *The fish can only be substitued on one of the days not both days.

Day Six: Eat all the Beef and Vegetables you want.  You need to eat Leafy Green Vegetables with you meal and Soup at least one time today.  No Baked Potato.

Day Seven: Brown Rice and Vegetables all you want.  Soup at least one time and Drink unsweetened fruit juices.

Now stay off the diet for 14 days before starting again.
