Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2

So in order to eliminate that new leader and crush his forces, the international community (I know, I know, like THAT will ever happen in the real world. But hey, just work with me here) -- which involves the famous Task Force 141 which is an elite unit that is composed of Delta Force operatives and US Navy Seals. Along with some American CIA and British SAS agents joining the fight.

Note: those of you who played the earlier COD games may recognize some returning characters in this Modern Warfare 2. The whole objective is to remove the threat of the ultra-nationalist Russians forever because they keep popping up like a bad case of hives.

Now, this game is a first person shooter game which means the objectives of each secret and not-so-secret mission must be met. And in the single player mode, you are helped by squad members that use artificial intelligence (AI) and you get some guidance from the returning characters of the previous versions of the Call of Duty games too.

The next thing you should know is about the multi player game modes. In this case, the players (including you) can either play locally with each other or online in a team action, free for all sort of action or... on search and destroy missions. But like most action games, as players find themselves getting more experienced in combat, their abilities start to increase as well as their options for other perks such as availability of weapons to use.

One feature that I really liked on COD Modern Warfare 2 is the fact that the new players can get some help if they keep experiencing a lot of deaths. This feature is a great way to get everybody (including the newbies) up to speed and running to improve their experience and gaming skills.

The next mode I wanted to talk about is the Special Ops co-op mode which will use scenarios that aren't found in the other modes. And of course there are more enemies to make this mode more challenging. Which brings up a good point. Another reason why I like this game so much is because the enemies aren't the normal stupid ones. Oh no! Your enemies now have artificial intelligence (AI) and know how to use it. They can attack in any direction which makes the game more challenging... and never boring.

And the new scenarios and environment has amazing cinematic realism! Anywhere you are... from the mountains of Kazakhstan to the slums of Rio de Janeiro... or to the bottomless tunnels of Afghanistan -- the action is non-stop thrills that is going to impress any player in the game. For instance, there are new ways to breach the unbreachable obstacles.

My conclusion is this Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 game is going to be a HUGE winner this holiday season. There are bucket loads of new gadgets and customizations that is going to make this one of the most thrilling and emotional game that you've ever played before in your life. The developers have always set high standards for each new game in the Call of Duty series. They sure didn't disappoint in the Call of Duty Modern Warfare. It is going to amaze and exceed the expectations of the gamer in your house this Christmas season.
