Information on Calorie Shifting Diet Program

There is one thing I dislike about calorie shifting diet program. It is actually nothing bad, but I thought I should mention it right of the start. I dislike the name. Fat loss for idiots just irritated me, but other than that, everything else is good. So let me tell you how this diet works and most importantly why it works! (as a side not, I will explain everything to you about Calorie Shifting Diet, but I will also give you a free sample Menu [At the Bottom of This Page] so read on!

Logic in Calorie Shifting Diet! 

There is a lot of logic in calorie shifting diet and that is the simple fact why it works. You see, our body gains weight because the intake of calories is large than the calories we burn. The engine at fault is our metabolism. Now this is very important part of our body. You should not mess with this too much, but eating the right food, and in different food categories can only help us burn more calories than what we intake. It is as simple as that!

You know how some people eat whole day long and don't gain a pound? That is because their metabolism is fast and burns more calories.

What Kind of Food you Can Eat! 

This is not a diet that is going to make you eat food you dislike. You will pick the food you like for each meal day. There are two reasons for this. One is to make you stay on the diet, because most people give up if they have to eat the food they dislike, and the second is because you don't want to stop eating the your regular food, because once you lose weight to keep it off, you need to stay within the same food plan.

All this calorie shifting diet does is trick your metabolism to burn more calories!

You will be full almost each day you are on the diet. But I always found that the first day of the diet is the worst for some reason.

Sample Calorie Shifting Menu Plan 

Obviously I cannot disclose what kind of a food you will be eating, but it will be the food you like. Each day the food will be different. You will have 4 meals and they have to be at least 2 1/2 hours a part. You can eat to the point to get satisfied, you just won't be allowed to over eat.

You can even use some sauces such as Ketchup. You can season all your food with salt and paper can be used as well.

You will be allowed even one glass of wine per day but not more than that. You will not be allowed to eat low carb food.

All I can tell you about food it is that, it is very healthy! Lots of fruits and vegetables but also some so called "fattening stuff"!

Why Starving Diets do Not Work! 

I told you that calorie shifting diet is all about logic. And that is the exact reason the starving diets do not work.

They don't work because they slow down our metabolism and here is how.

If you ever went on a starving diet, you probably lost a lot of pounds quickly at first, but it got harder and harder to lose weight as the time went on. To the point that you were starving and probably not losing weight at all.

Per pounds count it my look like you do, but here is what happens...

Reaction to Starving Diet 

You are hungry, tired and miserable from your starving diet. The normal reaction to this is to stop that starving diet and go back to the regular eating schedule. Right? Of course, but the additional problem is that when you do that, your metabolism is stuck in the low calorie burning mode and by the time it catches up, you have gained all the weight back and probably even few extra pounds.

This is because less food you intake, the metabolism burns less calories and your metabolism adjust to low calorie burning rate. Once you go back to your regular eating schedule, your metabolism is going to be stuck in the low calorie burning mode, causing you to gain weight quickly and often even additional pounds.

But If..... 

But if you have a lot more pound and you really need someone to show you exactly which food to eat at which time, the calorie shifting diet is probably the right choice. What this diet does is give you a set of meals you need to eat each day and what kind of food. Each day your food is going to change, so basically you will trick your metabolism telling it, you are not on a diet.

Calorie Shifting Diet is 11 Day diet! 

O.k. So what you need to know is that this diet is 11 day diet. Basically when you begin your diet, you will generate a diet plan with your selected food. You have up to 30 different items to choose. Once you are done with the initial 11 day diet, you will go off diet for 3 days (cheating days). Than you generate a new diet again selecting 30 items and go back to the 11 day diet! Calorie Shifting is designed to trick your metabolism into thinking you are not on a diet. I actually lost 1 1/2 pounds after the first day, and that was while eating 4 meals and not feeling hungry. I could not believe it!

One Last Thing on Calorie Shifting Diet! 

If you follow the link to Calorie Shifting Diet, you will have two options before you purchase. The first option Diet Package 1 and Beyond Calories. The first option is the basic Calorie Shifting Diet Plan but the Beyond Calories is a different diet that works as well, but it is a diet where you actually eat up to 6 means a day but burn fat quicker. However, the 6 meals will be a lot smaller! The second option is more intense, but if you need to drop pounds quickly, than second choice may be for you!

Calorie Shifting Diet... 

Calorie shifting diet is becoming a preferred diet for many people because it is easy to follow. You won't feel like you are on diet because you will eat 4 meals a day. And you will quickly but safely shrink down and keep it off. The reason you will keep it off is that you did not slow down your metabolism, but actually increased the speed of calories you burn.

I will tell you that with calorie shifting diet, you will have few days where you will eat a lot of fiber loaded foods, but you will keep on shifting your menu that the 11 days of diet will be over very soon!

Besides that, this diet is a risk free diet. If you are not happy, you have 8 weeks to request your money back, but since calories shifting diet program works, I don't expect that to happen.

And eat your meals more frequently but less in amounts.
