CANCER! Not Something You Ever Want To Hear A Doctor Say To YOU!

Cancer Does Not Have To Be A Dead Sentence! Life Happens For a Reason and You Are Not The One In Control. When Tragic Things Happen, There Is Always A Silver Lining.

Changes You, Makes You Stronger, Makes Relationships Stronger, Helps You To Look At Life Differently Everyday You Are Still Here To Enjoy It.

If You Only Had Sympathy Before, Now You Have Tremendous Empathy as Well For Others.

Think You Won't Ever Get Breast Cancer Because It Does Not Run In Your Family?

But I Don't Fall Into Any Of The HIgh Risk Catagories?

Receiving the news "You Have Breast Cancer" was astonishing! I was the healthiest person I knew. It does not run in my family. I did all the things you were suppose to do to stay healthy.

You learn that all of those factors may not matter at all!!!
Cancer does not have any favorites. Its an Equal Opportunity Disease! Young or Old, Healthy or Unhealthy does not matter.
Its frightening how common Cancer is! Yes, we are surviving, but we are not escaping it.

I now have such Passion for everything I do now. If I think I am having a BAD Day, it does not take much to slap me back into reality. I belong to a Cancer Support Group, with my church,
and I find strength in Helping, Informing, Supporting and Praying for others while they are in the mist of their journey.

Information is Key!
Sharing is Important!
Caring is Heartwarming!
Supporting Someone Shows Compassion
Sympathy Feels Good, but Empathy Touches Deeper!
Surviving is Gods Gift!
