Old time Canon film camera users or owners of large EF mount Canon lens collections love this feature as it can save a huge amount of money during the traditionally expensive film to digital transition. Since the 1980s, manufacturers have produced lenses and accessories that work with Canon EF mount cameras. These products are abundant and relatively inexpensive in the used market.
