Who is Carmel Aaron and Why is She the Wellness Coach?

I'm Carmel Aaron. I was raised by Christian parents to have a good work ethic and values. They introduced me to Wellness at a young age-by means of Jack Lalanne & Adelle Davis.

I did deviate from this lifestyle for awhile. It didn't work. It actually created quite a problem. My weight went up-and health went down- so I came back to a Wellness Lifestyle. I have stayed there. It is well worth the effort, as I want to be healthy, vital and independent for as long as possible.

I have been certified in many Wellness and one Weight Mgt program. I owned my own Physical Fitness Studio for many many years, called: The Anatomy Academy Exercise Studio.

I am certified in Physical fitness or exercise-with Rythmic Aerobics, AFAA:-Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, the Arthritis Assoc. Many Water Aerobic programs, Senior Fitness-AFAA again, and finally in Reboundology. I absolutely love rebounding.

Now, I am privileged to assist people by Coaching them in Wellness & Weight Management. That means I teach a lifestyle program designed on the Hunter Gatherer Studies, that they call the Caveman Diet. When a person learns to eat correctly they turn health issues around such as diabetes, allergies (such as gluten intolerance), adrenal fatigue, and so many others.

I've always needed the weight management. I promote Good Nutrition, I use and promote whole food supplements, fitness which means lots of exercise, wellness products & personal development.

I also make it my mission to point people to whatever instructions help people be informed so that they can make choices based on the facts. You must not leave your health or the health of those in your family in another persons' hands. Do they love you and your family like you do?. Do they have your best interests at heart? You must inform yourself to make the right choices to live a vital healthy life.

I am definitely not perfect (that would be laughable) but I am a pretty good example of what living a Wellness Lifestyle can accomplish. I am in my 60's yet I am very healthy-am on no medications, and feel Fantastic!

When you're sick the focus is on getting well. When you're well the sky is the limit-you may do anything in the world that you delight in doing!!!

So, that makes me love what I do. There's nothing better than inspiring people, impacting their lives for good. Helping them be healthier, more vital and able to get more out of life.

Does that mean Wellness is my only interest? Heavens NO!

I love to do just about everything, bike riding, inline skating. I started that at about age 50. Snorkling, swimming, reading, being with my family (they are all adorable) I love singing, but you are better off not hearing it. Sometimes I enjoy experimenting with healthy recipes.

I also love and keep birds, or maybe they keep me. It's debatable who really is the
pet. For the past several years I have had an all yellow parakeet and an African gray.

The reason my main focus is on wellness is because it helps me stay healthy which allows me to do anything I want.

Like I said, and it is worth repeating: If you are sick your focus is on getting well. If you are well your focus is on ANYTHING that interests you. Get the picture.

So, my lenses will mainly be wellness-that's my passion. But, don't be surprised at
anything from me. Sometimes a girl just has to have fun.

I Have Heroes -They Have Taught and Inspired Me

My Parents, Jack LaLanne, Dr. Steve Nugent, Dr. Hyman, Dr. Mercola, Dr. Rosin, Dr. Rosendale,

I have several heroes who I have learned from. First there are my parents. They taught me to love Wellness, and gave me a wonderful start.

Then there is Jack LaLanne, who helped give me a love of working out. He's been a great example in being active and in eating healthy nutritious foods.

Another hero is Dr. Steve Nugent. I have read his books, listened to his lectures,
and finally was certified in his Genetic Key Program, where I was able to help others
normalize their body composition, hormones and bodies.

Most of the Reviews of this powerful stainless steel juices were 5 Star.

They commented that the ones that weren't probably hadn't read the
manual. So, folks read the manual.

Also one of the revirews said it needed a stainless steel strainer, then
everyone said it was. One reviewer wondered of the person was
reviewing the correct machine or another one entirely.

Juicers are helpful in getting additional nutrients into the body. Just be sure to
get plenty of fiber. You may add the pulp to your foods.

Here is a wonderful book! Jack LaLanne has written a very motivational and inspiring gotta-have book. He knows his subject, he's in his 90's and he's doing it. He's a shinning, glowing example.

There's so much nutritional and exercise information, as well as lots of stories from Jack's career.

He says no one is beyond improving themselves through good nutrition and exercise. Just what Americans need to read and heed.

I Haven't Always Kept A Healthy Lifestyle

As a young person growing up, I had an extremely high level of health. As that was my only experience I thought everyone did. I didn't realize it was because of my parents, their interest in wellness and what they provided for us.

What they provided was this: We had 27 luscious fruit trees, a vineyard of concord grapes, a garden where we enjoyed fresh vegetables, and my dad raised a lot of our meat that had no chemicals or additives in it. My mom made 5 loaves of whole wheat bread weekly, and her own homemade yogurt without a yogurt maker.

What we didn't have. We did not have cokes, candy, and lots of sugary desserts or junk foods.

Until I moved away and began to eat differently I took my great health for granted. I never thought I missed out on anything, as I never had it in the first place.

When I got older and left home I decided I wanted to be like everyone else, and eat like they did. Boy, I really goofed.

After I got away from the healthy lifestyle for awhile, my health changed, I began to get sick and I developed low blood sugar or hypoglycemia. Sometimes I passed out, I had difficulty thinking, I was affected by extremes in temperatures, and I waited for the men in white coats to come and cart me off.

Then I decided to do something about it. I fought to relearn what I had taken for granted for so many years. It did take a while, but I was able to get back on track and I'm so happy I did. It was worth the time and effort. I now have control of my mind and no longer wait for the men in white coats to come and take me away.

That's probably why I am so passionate about what I do. I've seen both sides of the coin, and I know which one I prefer.

A Wellness Lifestyle is very well worth the time and effort to keep healthy.

OK, so what's the bottom line? There's a lot of intriguing information and sound advice in the 400+ pages, & I saw nothing that I absolutely disagreed with. Like any diet or health book, he has his own viewpoint & focus, & some of his strategies & recommendations will work better for some than others. This book was a major swing factor in my own decision to try a vegan gluten free caffeine free water only lifestyle, which was difficult but very beneficial for me in multiple areas. I can see this book being useful for two groups of people: First, people who are suffering from problems such as anxiety, depression, "brain fog", adhd, migraines or other brain related problems might find something helpful or even life-changing in his plan. Other people, like myself, who are interested in new approaches & optimum health will certainly find new concepts & tools that they can implement in their own healthy lifestyle. Either way, an excellent book to read..

My Newest Hero is Barbara Stitt

I have recently learned about the long-hard working life of Barbara Stitt and her husband Paul.

Barbara first impacted people's lives as a Chief Probation officer. She used nutritional and detoxification therapy in helping give people their lives back.

Then, Barbara and her husband Paul decided to expend their efforts where their work would do the most good, as we can't do everything unfortunately. So, they put their nutritional program in a school.
