Cart Sea was founded by Dr Andrew Tindell. Andrew has over 25 years experience in the IT industry in both Europe and Australia. He spent many years running projects within a variety of industries including Space and Defence, Telecommunications, Energy and Utilities and Government. He has held senior management positions including that of CEO for many years. Previous roles were:

2004-2005: Managing Director, Services, Cable and Wireless UK Limited,
1997-2003: CEO LogicaCMG Pty Limited,
1995-1997: Director, Telecommunications Division, LogicaCMG UK Limited,
1987-1995: Director, Space Division, LogicaCMG UK Limited.

Andrew has considerable expertise in successfully turning around businesses. He also brings experience in risk management, contract negotiation, renegotiation, and M&A.
