Get Cash for Books!

Most people, especially students, tend to find themselves with boxes upon boxes of books that they've read or maybe never plan on reading. We have books for a variety of reasons - maybe we need them for a class or get them as a gift. Either way, there are always books we have that we don't need or want. Therefore, it only makes sense to get cash for books if you can. Keep reading to find the best ways to do that! Enjoy!

1) Use Amazon

One of the best places to sell your books.

Amazon.com allows you to use their website to sell your used books very easily.

1. Go here.

2. Select "Books" as your category.

3. Search for the book you have to sell either by title or ISBN/UPC.

4. Click "Start Selling"

5. Click "Sell Yours Here" next to the book that you want to sell.

6. Input the condition, your desired price, and fill out all the remaining information necessary to submit your book for sale.

2) Use Half.com

1. Go here

2. Click on Books.

3. Enter the ISBN number of your book.

4. Follow the remaining steps.

Half.com is probably just as good as Amazon for selling books. There is less visibility, but also less competition. It's important to price your books in such a way that they reflect good value for whatever condition the book is in. People will usually go for the cheapest price in the condition that they want, so keep that in mind.

3) Other "Secret" Methods

There are some methods that I can't explain here, but they can help you make a ton of money by selling books. It's really never been easier to get cash for books. This is really a great way to generate a part-time income by selling books online.
