You can easily teach your cat to Stop Cat Scratching Furniture!

If there is one thing that I know a lot about, its how much damage a cat can do to your house with those sharp little claws that they have.
Our two cats love to tear up the wood work around the doors and windows the most. The family room door is so bad that the trim around the door is almost gone in a couple of places. Every time we caught them digging into the wood we tried yelling at them to stop and if we were close to the spray bottle of water we would give them a little spray and they would run away. Bad thing is they quickly learned to do their scratching when we were gone or sleeping!
Worried that all of our doors, windows, curtains and speakers were going to look like the family room, I started doing research to find out what I could do to stop it. My wife's best friend had the same problem and I quickly found out that all of our friends with cats were dealing with the same thing. How do we get the cats to only scratch the cat scratching post?
Everybody wanted to know the same thing so I went to work to figure this out and after 8 months of research and trial and error with all the cats that our friends had as well as ours I decided to put it all in a easy to follow book.
If you have the same problem, and if you have a cat and are reading this than I assume that you do, "Stop Cat Scratching furniture" will help you finally resolve this costly problem.
I've done all the work searching and testing and put it all in one place to save you time and money. If your house or furniture is getting damaged by cat scratching than everyday you wait will cost you even more money.
I believe this book will help and all of our friends feel the same way!

Cat Scratching is Natural and Healthy!
Why do Cats Scratch?

As you know Cats make great pets. They love to play and cuddle with you but they also love to scratch! Unfortunately the things they love to scratch are usually the things you most want them to stay away from.
Although Cat Scratching Furniture and damage to your property can make you angry, you know that cats don't do this to make us angry. Cats and kittens scratch because it is natural for them and is a part of who they are. Just like purring or breathing every cat instinctively needs to scratch. We as cat owners really should understand why our cats scratch!
Cats in the wild do this as a warning to other cats, marking their territory and leaving behind a visual mark as in the damage, and a scent left behind from the release of pheromones secreted from the scent glands in their paws. Even though our cats are far from being wild and they don't need to mark their territory they do it by nature.
Scratching has another purpose too, this scratching is actually a form of exercise for the muscles and tendons in the legs, shoulders and back. It also helps remove the dead nail sheaths and outer layer of dead cells around the claw. Cat Scratching is natural and healthy!
You Can't completely Stop Cats Scratching furniture so teach them to do it where you want them too with Stop Cat Scratching Furniture!
Stop Cat Scratching by Declawing?
Its not a good idea!

Written by Veterinarian, Dr. Christianne Schelling
If you are considering declawing your cat, please read this. It will only take a moment, and it will give you valuable information to help you in your decision.
First, you should know that declawing is pretty much an American thing, it's something people do for their own convenience without realizing what actually happens to their beloved cat. In England declawing is termed "inhumane" and "unnecessary mutilation." I agree. In many European countries it is illegal. I applaud their attitude.
Before you make the decision to declaw your cat, there are some important facts you should know. Declawing is not like a manicure. It is serious surgery. Your cat's claw is not a toenail. It is actually closely adhered to the bone. So closely adhered that to remove the claw, the last bone of your the cat's claw has to be removed. Declawing is actually an amputation of the last joint of your cat's "toes". When you envision that, it becomes clear why declawing is not a humane act. It is a painful surgery, with a painful recovery period. And remember that during the time of recuperation from the surgery your cat would still have to use its feet to walk, jump, and scratch in its litter box regardless of the pain it is experiencing. Wheelchairs and bedpans are not an option for a cat.
No cat lover would doubt that cats--whose senses are much keener than ours--suffer pain. They may, however, hide it better. Not only are they proud, they instinctively know that they are at risk when in a weakened position, and by nature will attempt to hide it. But make no mistake. This is not a surgery to be taken lightly.
Your cat's body is perfectly designed to give it the grace, agility and beauty that is unique to felines. Its claws are an important part of this design. Amputating the important part of their anatomy that contains the claws drastically alters the conformation of their feet. The cat is also deprived of its primary means of defense, leaving it prey to predators if it ever escapes to the outdoors.
Cat Scratching - You can Control it!
Its all in the book!

Stop Cat Scratching Furniture has all the methods, tips and tricks you need to easily teach your cat to "Only" scratch the cat scratching post instead of all of the area's that are getting scratched now.
I've used the methods in the book for our cats and all of our friends cats and with the exception of two cats they were all easily taught to use the scratching post.
We believe the stubborn two will with a little more time become post scratchers too!
This may sound strange but I think we have bonded more with the cats and have a sense of respect for each other that we didn't have before. Spending a little more time with our cats and our friends doing the same we have all noticed the same thing.
Our cats and all of our friends cats only use the cat scratching post and everybody is happier. No more yelling at the cats and running with spray bottles when you hear that terrible sound of your stuff getting scratched.
