What are the Symptoms of a Panic Attack?

This is From Personal Experience

I Remember my first Panic Attack was just before my son was graduating from Highschool, and was about to go out on his own.

I felt this overwhelming fear in me, and by no means am I suicidal, but I felt there was nothing left to live for. Of course these thoughts pass by.

Some Things you Can/May notice when you have a Panic Attack are:

* Racing heartbeat

* Dizziness, Nausea

* Difficulty Breathing

There are more Panic Attack Symptoms than this, but for me these stuck out the most.
