Celebrate Recovery is a Christian based 12 Step recovery program that can help anyone overcome hurts, habits, and hang ups! 16 years ago,Celebrate Recovery was started by Pastor Rick Warren (40 Days of Purpose) and Pastor John Baker of Saddleback Church in California.
