Century VersaFlex Stretching Machine

You may be wondering if Century VersaFlex Stretching Machine is the right choice for you when it comes to stretching devices. I have used and sold Century stretching machines for over 25 years. They have always worked very well and would always meet or exceed my expectations.

First off, they are not all that complicated. All you have to do is assemble the product. Sometimes this can be a little more difficult for some than others. I have never had too much trouble putting things together. But once your set up it's a piece of cake.

Second, start a plan when using it. Start off by sitting down and spreading it out till you feel the stretch. Hold the position for about 30 seconds and release. Do each side and then the middle. Then repeat the process after you have increased the stretch a little further. Now, you will feel the stretching power, of having a machine, that helps you achieve great results.

Don't bounce when your stretching because that could develop scar tissue and prevent your muscles from stretching further.

If you use the Versaflex while watching tv, you can get the benefits of stretching and actually achieve awesome results instead of doing nothing on the couch. That way you can be productive and catch your favorite shows.
