Chakra Exercises To Strenghten And Unlock Their Powers
Many people have asked me how to attain the power of the chakras . I always respond by saying that they already possess it, they simply need to unlock them. There are seven chakras and we all possess each one, we simply need to perform chakra exercises to stimulate them in order to experience it's true power.
Each chakra is located in a different area of the body and by stimulating them we will experience an amazing effect over our lives that is truly beyond words to describe.
There are many different chakra exercises we can use, in my opinion it is best to be well rounded in as many as possible. I will go over a simple exercise for beginners but by far, the most powerful chakra exercises i have used can be found at PowerOfChakra.Com
Chakra Alignment Exercise
This Is One Of My Favorite Chakra Exercises 1. As you inhale, speak the first part of this phrase.
2. As you exhale, speak the second part of this phrase.
3.Repeat each of the twelve incantations ten times. When you are finished you will feel centered and balanced
(Inhale deeply 5 seconds)(Exhale slowly 5 seconds)
* (My energy)(is free of blockages)
* (My root chakra )(is deeply grounded)
* (My sacral chakra juices)(are creative and bold)
* (My solar plexus)(feels mellow and calm)
* (My heart)(is filled with love)
* (My throat)(speaks the truth)
* (My third eye)(intuits inner knowledge)
* (My crown chakra)(projects inspiration)
* (My chakras )(are spinning in alignment)
* (My aura)(is colorful and clutter-free)
* (My lightbody)(beams brightly)
* (I am)(centered and balanced)
The above chakra exercises may sound silly to you but i assure you that you will be surprised how effective they are!

How I Exercise My Chakras
I have experimented with many different chakra exercises trying to find the right one to bring out my chakra energy to it's fullest potential. Most of the chakra exercises I tried only produced minimal to about average results. Finally, thanks to PowerOfChakra.Com I was able to find the secret to activating the chakra's true power.I immediately started to feel a warm calm feeling, and then I noticed a gradual shift of consciousness. It almost felt like a dream, but I was fully awake and aware of my surroundings. When I finally opened my eyes, I started to notice bits of colored light.
